Motivation to move in 2020

Let’s move in 2020! Movement can help us reduce stress and anxiety plus maintain health while quieting your mind. Exercise of any kind makes us happy and will keep your body in shape. Movement creates strong bones and muscles and boosts heart health.

Why not start a healthy habit by moving daily in 2020. I personally find it my hips and back feel better after a good walk. It also is a great way to start your day with a smile. If you can’t walk early take time on lunch break after a healthy lunch and move. Get your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes and your day will be so much more productive than sitting all day.
