I wear my Hip Hugger on my daily walks. There is less pain with walks, my core is secure and the Hip Hugger makes me stand taller which also helps my hips stay strong. I walk a lot each day and keep active. My hips use to scream at me each night when I sat to watch TV. Now they hurt only when I over do it or change my routine.
Wearing the Hip Hugger correctly is important. You want to make sure it fits your body snuggly and not painfully. It should feel like a big hug around your hips. The top of the hip hugger lays over the top of you ribs and the bottom should lay right under your butt and in front it should lay over the top bend of your legs. This helps with movement.
The mesh pocket should be worn in the back. It is there for your iPhone. So you can enjoy hands free when moving. I use airbuds, but sometimes I use earphones that have long cords and they reach my iPhone just fine.
Many of my customers wear their Hip Huggers to bed to help them sleep better. It is soft and easy to wear over or under your pajamas.
